Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment

To achieve B-BBEE compliance, we will transcribe an organisation B-BBEE– gap analysis and submit a strategy proposal in which we will address all elements of the B-BBEE scorecard relative to the client’s business sector. Wherever possible, we assist in finding solutions, the collation of prep files, and submission of documentation for verification to meet B-BBEE requirements necessary to achieve compliance.

To ensure that designated employers are compliant with Employment Equity requirements including:

  • Setup of Consultative Forum including basic training of Employment Equity Committee members and attendance at EE Committee meetings.
  • Design and Preparation of 1-5 year Employment Equity Plan.
  • Develop Policies and Procedures covering Employment Equity Barriers.
  • Preparation and timeous online submission of Annual Employment Equity Plan to Department of Labour.
  • Preparation and timeous online submission of Annual Employment Equity Report to Department of Labour.

To ensure that designated employers are compliant with Skills Development requirements including:

  • Setup of Consultative Forum including basic training of Training Committee members and attendance at Training Committee meetings.
  • Analysis of all categories and requirements for a 3-year Training Plan.
  • Preparation and timeous online submission of Workplace Skills Plan to relevant SETA.
  • Preparation and timeous online submission of Annual Training Report with Annual Mandatory Grant / Discretionary Grant from relevant SETA.
